Chhoti Chaupar Metro Station is an underground station on Jaipur Metro’s Pink Line. It is located in the heart of the walled city, surrounded by historic markets and heritage sites. The station is designed to blend with Jaipur’s traditional architecture, making it one of the most beautiful metro stations in the city.

Traditional lac bangle making can be seen here. Brass utensils and ironware shops abound. The market dates back to the 18th century.

The City Palace complex includes Chandra Mahal (Moon Palace), Mubarak Mahal (Welcome Palace), and the famous Pritam Niwas Chowk with its four ornate gates representing the four seasons. The palace houses the world's largest sterling silver vessels (Gangajelies), which are listed in the Guinness Book of World Records. Part of the palace is still a royal residence where the current Jaipur royal family lives.

The Jantar Mantar in Jaipur is one of five such facilities built by Maharaja Jai Singh II. The instruments allow the observation of astronomical positions with the naked eye.

The palace features 953 small windows called 'jharokhas' decorated with intricate latticework. The design allowed royal women to observe everyday life and festivals on the street below without being seen by the public. Despite having five floors, there are no stairs - only ramps connect the levels. The pink sandstone facade is only one room deep but creates a stunning honeycomb illusion.
The station operates from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. First train departs at 6:00 AM and last train at 10:00 PM.
You can buy tokens from the ticket counter or use the automatic ticket vending machines (ATVMs). Smart cards are also available for regular travelers with 10% discount on fares.
